Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or replacements are issued at X Flex’s discretion after inspection. Used, damaged, or incorrectly ordered items are not eligible for refund.
